How do I know which bike size is right for me?
Each bike model features a detailed size guide on its product page. We recommend measuring your height and inseam to compare against our geometry charts for the most accurate fit.
Does my bike arrive fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 85-95% assembled in a secure box. You will typically need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seatpost. We provide all necessary tools and step-by-step video instructions.
What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 30-day ride guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the bike in its original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply if the bike shows significant wear.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, BikesOnline ships to the continental United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your specific location and the size of the bike.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty covering frame defects for up to 5 years and components for 1 year. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, once your bike leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
