At BikesOnline, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes and gear to ensure you find the perfect fit for your cycling journey. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble your bike if necessary and place all components back into the original manufacturer's box with protective padding.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
